About this notice
This notice explains how Zeet Agency handles personal information through this website, enquiry forms and call bookings. Separate arrangements may apply when we work together on a project.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your first name, last name, email address and message through Tally. You can download the mapping guide without submitting personal information. Arranging a call may require additional scheduling details.
Our hosting and booking providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs, to operate and protect their services.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, provide requested resources, arrange calls and discuss our services. We may also use relevant records to administer our business, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Requesting the guide or submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host this website, store form submissions and manage bookings, including Vercel and Tally, with Google reCAPTCHA used to help prevent automated form submissions. They process information needed to provide those services. Their processing may take place in countries other than your own and is also subject to their privacy information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Cookies and embedded services
Embedded services, including the contact form and its spam protection, may use cookies or similar technologies for their functionality and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting them may affect how those services work.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether it leads to an engagement, and any recordkeeping obligations or unresolved disputes.
No online service can guarantee complete security. Please leave passwords, payment details and sensitive employee or client records out of website enquiries.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold about you or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your information or contact a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Contact and updates
Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests. We may update this notice as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
